Translations Directly in InDesign

Many clients send us a PDF print of their InDesign text. We can certainly translate these PDFs and deliver them back to you in Word, but then, you have to convert the translation back into InDesign. You might have to spend more money to have an external designer or printing company do this for you.

Instead, why not send us your InDesign file and allow us to translate directly in that format? This saves you or your printing company a lot of copy and paste work!

You can request a free quote without obligation by emailing the InDesign document to us. If your document is too large for email, we can send you a secure link for uploading your file(s) to us. You will receive a price quote as soon as one of our project managers has reviewed the files.

If you approve our offer, we’ll start translating in InDesign and send you the translation at the agreed time!

Layout

You may need to adjust the InDesign layout slightly upon receiving the translation. This is because the text becomes longer or shorter when translating into most languages, shifting the text from its original placement.

Since we work with experienced layout professionals, we can also handle the layout tasks for you upon request. This will allow you to use your document straight away! Just let us know if you’d like us to do that.

Would you like to know more?

You can request a no-obligation quote by filling in the quote request form, or you can email the InDesign files to us directly. If you have questions, feel free to call our project managers. We look forward to hearing from you!
